• We'll give you the instructions to initiate the process and indicate whether you want a return or an exchange.

3. Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of product defects or errors on our part.

4. Refund or exchange

Upon receiving your returned item, we'll inspect it. If the item meets our return policy criteria, you can choose between:

• A full refund to your original payment method.
• An exchange for a different size or colour of the same item, if available.

5. Refund processing time

6. Non-returnable items

• Underwear, socks, and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons).

For items classified as faulty or damaged, we must be notified within 72 hours of receipt.
